PCB Graphtech Pte. Ltd. was incorporated, in February 1997, spearing in the direction of EDA market and PCB industry, providing sales and support for PCB Design Software and consultation on PCB design. In the late 1997, PCB Graphtech Sdn Bhd. was also established in Penang to further extend our services to our valued customer in the northern part of the Peninsula Malaysia

In 2000, PCB Graphtech Co, Ltd. was established in Thailand to extend our services and product to the growing economy of Thailand. In the same year, East Space Light Electronic Technology Co. Ltd, was set up to fulfill the demands of Chinese market. Next, in 2003, PCB Graphtech Inc. was formed in Philippines. Later, in 2009, Solidbase Technology. was formed in Indonesia to gather the market in this developing country.

In 2011, ACAD Pte Ltd was formed to handle the mechanical software of Singapore market
