SilverWriter 8000 Series

SilverWriter 8000-P Series
The SilverWriter 8000-P series introduces sophisticated new film-handling and operational sequencing to deliver up to 60%more films per hour than Mania Technologie's previous market leader, the SilverWriter 800.

SilverWriter 8000-HD Series
The SilverWriter 8000-HD series has been developed in response to industry demands for a photoplotter which delivers ultra-sharp edge definition and very precise line-width control but without the very high plot resolutions needed for features down to 10microns.

SilverWriter Phoenix-P
The global PCB industry remains committed to phototooling as its key imaging technology but the most advanced products require films with glass master sharpness and accuracy. The SilverWriter Phoenix-P has meets this challenge using sub-micron imaging technology at resolutions up to 40,640 ppi providing ultra-precise results.

The calibr8tor 2000 series sets a new global benchmark for plot speed and image accuracy on features down to 10 microns. New optics, high-speed electronics and the new SmartRip double the plot speeds of our SilverWriter series.

The latest calibr8tor 2000-HD series sets a new global benchmark for plot speed and image accuracy on features down to 7 microns. New HD optics, high-speed electronics and the new SmartRip double the plot speeds of our SilverWriter series.

Calibr8tor 3000 Series
The new calibr8tor 3000 delivers an unrivalled combination of plot throughput, image accuracy and operational flexibility. Designed for high-technology PCB fabricators, calibr8tor 3000 offers plot resolutions from 4000 to 25400 ppi to tackle all plotting tasks from standard production to specialist applications with features down to 10 microns.

The calibr8tor 6000 series combines fastest-in-class plot throughput with ultra-precise image quality at resolutions up to 40,640 ppi on line-widths down to 5 microns.

Calibr8tor 7000 Series
Imaging BGA and chip-scale PCBs and micro-miniaturized lead-frames needs "glass-master" accuracy - but not at the cost of reduced film throughput. The new calibr8tor 7000 combines fastest-in-class plot throughput with ultra-precise image quality at resolutions up to 50,800 ppi on line-widths down to 5 microns.

The calibr8tor nano series combine fastest-in-class plot throughput with ultra-precise image quality at resolutions up to 50,800 ppi on line-widths down to 4 microns providing glass master sharpness.

BG7500 large format series

BG7500 large format series

The BG75800 is an external drum laser photoplotter. It has an automatic film loader and on-line connection to the film processor. The film handling system is very simple, to maximize accuracy and reliability.

The bg75800 produces high quality photo tools for high density PCB, BGA, lead frame, stencil, Flat Panel Displays and Chemical Milling

Geometric Correction System

Today's PCB design roadmap calls for higher densities and finer features. As registration tolerances become tighter, non-linear process distortions become increasingly critical. Existing tools which compensate only for linear distortions are no longer sufficient.

Ucamco's Geometric Correction System (GCS) provides a straightforward solution for both non-linear and linear process distortions. It allows to eliminate reproducible distortions in any production step.
